Investment consultant and fiduciary manager River and Mercantile Solutions (R&M Solutions) has appointed Mobius Life as investment-only platform and administrator for its portfolio of defined contribution fiduciary management (DCFM) pension scheme clients.

Building on its long heritage as a fiduciary manager, River and Mercantile Solutions has over seven years’ experience of offering fiduciary management to DC schemes. Moving beyond the traditional approach of blending diversified growth funds, DCFM combines diversification and dynamic asset allocation, with all the investment consulting and governance services needed by DC schemes.

River and Mercantile Solutions selected Mobius Life following a thorough selection process covering a wide range of DC investment platforms in the market. Under the appointment, Mobius Life will wrap and administer a range of single priced blended and white labelled investment funds to meet the exact investment needs of River and Mercantile Solutions’ DCFM pension scheme clients.

Using the Mobius Life platform, River and Mercantile Solutions will benefit from streamlined investment processes, straight through processing and access to niche investment opportunities not ordinarily available to DC schemes. Mobius Life will ensure a secure and efficient dealing process, allowing the River and Mercantile Solutions team to focus on delivering high quality investment solutions for its clients.
