Survey gives huge vote of confidence in Mobius Life.
Fast growing UK institutional pension platform, Mobius Life, has received top performance marks from our clients. Ninety two percent say they are satisfied with our service and nine out of ten would recommend us as an institutional investment platform.
Our first client satisfaction survey, undertaken in the summer of 2016, was sent to a wide range of our clients.
Many responded – giving us the thumbs up and reporting high levels of satisfaction across the board.

What we do
Mobius Life delivers made-to-measure investment administration and Life Company services to DB and DC Pension Schemes, asset managers and other institutions. We empower our clients and their advisers to implement their investment strategies efficiently and cost effectively.
- Defined benefit Pension Schemes: scheme trustees benefit from bespoke fund and a wider range of funds held on our platform, seamless administration and ongoing fund monitoring and rebalancing
- Defined contribution Pension Schemes: scheme trustees benefit from bespoke fund ranges and blended funds, seamless investment administration, fund switching services.
- Asset managers: can ‘life wrap’ their funds without the capital commitment and administrative burden of establishing their own life company
- Institutional asset managers: insurance funds, mutual insurance companies and other asset gatherers benefit from a complete range of bespoke and blended funds, life company access and expert investment administration

Methodology
Our survey was conducted during July to September 2016. We combined an online quantitative survey using the Survey Monkey tool with in-depth qualitative interviews conducted by an independent researcher. We received a response rate of 1/3 to our requests.
